This Privacy Policy describes how WeJñān collects, uses, and protects user data and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

  • Personal Data: Name, email, gender, date of birth, country of birth, and location. 

  • Compatibility Data: User responses to personality and compatibility questions, country of birth, date of birth and name.

  • Payments Data: Credit/Debit card details are collected by and manage on the Stripe platform (payment gateway used by the app).

  • Device Information: IP address, country, browser type, operating system, and device type (desktop, mobile, tab).

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, agreement acceptance date, interaction with features, and preferences.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

 

WeJñān processes user data to:

  • Provide compatibility analysis and insights.

  • Improve app functionality and user experience.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Conduct market research (anonymized data only).

You may also object to our processing. To make a request regarding your personal data, please contact us at via the Support option in the app. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling your request to protect your data privacy.

While we follow industry best practices, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Thus, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to WeJñān or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. In case of any breach of data security, WeJñān will inform the affected users and take immediate remedial measures to the best of its ability.

  • User data is retained as long as necessary for app functionality.

  • Deleted accounts will have their data removed, except as marked in the Terms & Conditions or where legally required.
