Malay: All right, let's look. Problems show up as impatience and perceived criticism. Taylor's somewhat bluntness or her habit of timing moves in secret - I guess because she's a dreamer and she always has a plan on how she wants to go about it - that is what can come out as abrasive.
Pooja: How interesting.
Malay: Selena, on the other hand, has a tendency to maybe disregard long term plans because she wants to go after it, just get on with it, and her efforts can come out as scattered. That is what's causing the problem.
Pooja: So wait, does that mean they're like basically Taylor and Travis, but the roles reversed over here?
Malay: Well, not exactly. According to this, that's what I would think. But it says here that Taylor always plans to build. And you know, Travis was also a planner. It's just that he wanted things to be more organized and unexpected. In case of Selena, though, the focus is on feeling secure and in control.
Pooja: What I loved was also the recommendation that the app gives Taylor to manage their friendship. Like one of them being, ensure you stick to short term plans so there's no divergence. And also how the app guides Taylor on feedback giving to Selena. You know, say something like, “I want this to work, but here's a little tweak to help us go faster”.
Malay: Oh, I like that. But now I'm curious why. I want to know if Selena also has a stability score in this relationship of 1 out of 4. Because stability can change from different people's perspectives.
