Okay. This can be expected. So you know how Selena likes to move fast. Sometimes when she moves fast, she tends to bend the rules a little bit. And Benny is someone who really likes fairness and that can put him off a bit. And when she's moving fast, she can lean towards quick fixes, which can look inconsistent to Benny, which could elicit a little bit of a harsh reaction from him. And for someone like Selena who likes to feel secure, that's not the best thing to kind of face.
Malay: Right. So if they don't talk things out when this happens, I guess misunderstandings can start to simmer under the surface.
Pooja: That's absolutely right. It's actually mentioned over here as well.

Malay: Yes. I wonder if she should do something to appeal to his want for fairness.
Pooja: That's actually a tip over here as well. So the way Selena can stroke Benny's need for fairness is that when they have any conflicts, if at all any, she could lead the conversations with statements like “I want this to be fair” or “help me understand what's fair over here”.
Malay: These are great recommendations. It really helps balance the scales.
